Bajo la campa\u00f1a <em>\u00abEuropa, nunca demasiado Green. Manzanas de Francia buenas para la tierra, buenas para ti\u00bb, <\/em>el evento marc\u00f3 un hito en las relaciones comerciales y culturales entre ambos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>Este encuentro clave entre importadores colombianos y exportadores franceses, dedicados al sector de las frutas, promovi\u00f3 intensamente la generaci\u00f3n de nuevos negocios y fortaleci\u00f3 los lazos de cooperaci\u00f3n. La presencia del Chef de Interfel Charles Soussin, y del chef colombiano Nacho Cajiao, junto a Daniel Sauvaitre, Secretario General de Interfel y Presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Productores de Manzanas y Peras, subray\u00f3 la importancia del seminario en la campa\u00f1a de sensibilizaci\u00f3n hacia productos sostenibles y de alta calidad.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDesde la \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n de este tipo en 2019, Francia exportaba solo 2.000 toneladas de frutas frescas, especialmente manzanas y kiwis, actualmente estamos en m\u00e1s de 9.000 toneladas de frutas frescas importadas por Colombia desde Francia. Colombia tambi\u00e9n es un socio importante para Francia, ya que importamos m\u00e1s de 198.000 toneladas, especialmente pl\u00e1tanos, que representan el 89% de las frutas y verduras importadas; el resto de las importaciones son principalmente frutas ex\u00f3ticas y c\u00edtricos<\/em>\u201d expres\u00f3 Daniel Sauvaitre.<\/p>\n<p>En el Seminario de Profesionales 2024, participaron 38 expertos del sector, incluyendo importadores y exportadores de Colombia y Francia, representando a diez empresas distintas. Este evento facilit\u00f3 la celebraci\u00f3n de 20 reuniones comerciales, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de las relaciones bilaterales entre ambos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>Este evento promete ser un catalizador para futuras colaboraciones, fortaleciendo la posici\u00f3n de los productos agr\u00edcolas franceses en el mercado colombiano y fomentando un intercambio cultural enriquecedor que
