{"id":12990,"date":"2023-12-19T00:43:47","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T00:43:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/colombia\/?p=12990"},"modified":"2023-12-19T00:44:15","modified_gmt":"2023-12-19T00:44:15","slug":"12990","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noti-america.com\/site\/colombia\/2023\/12\/19\/12990\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambiar el pavo por el pollo relleno tradicional, al mejor estilo de las abuelas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NOTI-AMERICA | COLOMBIA<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olga Vanegas, chef<\/strong> de @cocinavivacol, invita a todos los colombianos a hacer del <strong>pollo relleno \u00a0un exquisito protagonista <\/strong>en todas las mesas y reuniones de esta <strong>\u00e9poca de fin de a\u00f1o<\/strong>:\u00a0 grados, novenas de aguinaldos, Noche Buena, Navidad, Noche vieja e inclusive para arrancar el a\u00f1o y el d\u00eda de Reyes!<\/p>\n<p>Mantener la exquisita tradici\u00f3n de deleitarse con los manjares preparados por las abuelas, con esa saz\u00f3n maravillosa y <strong>con el ingrediente secreto n\u00famero uno por excelencia, el amor,<\/strong> ha sido una tarea constante en los hogares colombianos y es, entre otras cosas, en lo que trabaja por estos d\u00edas la chef Olga Vanegas, \u201cpara llevar a los distintos espacios donde se re\u00fanen las familias, los compa\u00f1eros de trabajo y los amigos, <strong>un manjar saludable con frutos secos y frutas deshidratadas.\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Diferentes versiones del Pollo relleno para todo tipo de paladares:\u00a0\u00a0 con carne de cerdo\u00a0 o solamente con pechuga molida, solo con frutas deshidratadas o \u00fanicamente con frutos secos, quien elige es el comensal.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la salsa, nada mejor que la de frutos rojos y como acompa\u00f1amiento una ensalada mix de lechugas, frutos secos y queso.\u00a0 Como postre:\u00a0 Pie de manzana.<\/p>\n<p>Cocina Viva es una propuesta de alimentos reales y saludables, se trata de alimentaci\u00f3n consciente, honesta y deliciosa, para cuidar la salud y para celebrar en grande.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Receta para 10 a 12 personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 pollo entero tama\u00f1o mediano, deshuesado, dejando las alas.<\/p>\n<p>300 gramos de carne de cerdo molida<\/p>\n<p>300 gramos de pechuga molida<\/p>\n<p>Adobar al gusto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para el relleno:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>250 gramos de frutos secos y frutas deshidratas, al gusto: Pistachos, almendras, ciruelas pasas, uvas pasas, nueces.<\/p>\n<p>80 gramos de aceitunas<\/p>\n<p>1 cebolla redonda picada<\/p>\n<p>1 diente de ajo hecho pasta<\/p>\n<p>Cantidad necesaria de pimienta, sal, tomillo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adobar el pollo muy bien. Mezclar todo los ingredientes del relleno.<\/p>\n<p>Bridar o Coser el pollo en la parte superior<\/p>\n<p>Bridar o coser el final de los muslos, para que no se vaya a salir el relleno.<\/p>\n<p>Rellenar el pollo con cantidad moderada, para que al hornear no se dilate la piel.
