obligaci\u00f3n de negociar con Bolivia\u00a0 para que este pa\u00eds tenga una salida soberana al mar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>\u00abLa Corte, por 12 votos contra 3, concluye que la Rep\u00fablica de Chile no contrajo la obligaci\u00f3n de negociar un acceso soberano al mar para el Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia\u00bb, dijo el juez Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, quien ley\u00f3 el fallo de la CIJ.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ese fue el resultado de la demanda boliviana realizada en 2013 ante la CIJ en contra de Chile, ya que Bolivia aseguraba que Chile no hab\u00eda cumplido con sus promesas y obligaciones suscritas y que hubo acercamientos para negociar un \u00abacceso soberano\u00bb, como un acceso terrestre y un puerto bajo su control.<\/p>\n<p>Evo Morales calific\u00f3 de injusto el fallo de la Corte Internacional de Justicia de La Haya, el que determin\u00f3 que Chile no tiene obligaci\u00f3n de negociar con Bolivia una salida soberana al Pac\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abQuiero decirle al pa\u00eds que, pese al informe de la #CIJ,\u00a0que ha sido injusto, la lucha del pueblo boliviano sigue\u00bb, escribi\u00f3 el mandatario en su cuenta de Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3, tambi\u00e9n, que la resoluci\u00f3n reconoce que hay materias pendientes con el Estado chileno.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLo importante en este momento es que, aun siendo un resultado que no hace justicia, hay una Corte Internacional que\u00a0reconoce que existe un tema pendiente con #Chile\u00bb, public\u00f3 en la red social.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"comp-pattern-library\"
