En el \u00e1mbito de la atenci\u00f3n al cliente, la pandemia est\u00e1 redefiniendo c\u00f3mo los usuarios y las empresas interact\u00faan y ha llevado el concepto que tenemos de experiencia de cliente a un nuevo territorio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En Chile, la consultora Proqualitas desarroll\u00f3 el estudio \u201cLos nuevos escenarios del Customer Experience en Chile\u201d, este menciona que 68% de los chilenos afirma que la experiencia con una marca le importa tanto como el producto o servicio que adquiere; no obstante, el 53% de los encuestados creen que las marcas en Chile no comprenden las necesidades de sus clientes y, de hecho, un 70% de ellos manifiesta que no cree que en los directorios de las empresas se preocupen de la experiencia de sus clientes como uno de los principales focos de sus negocios. Al mismo tiempo, un 89% de los chilenos encuestados cree que las marcas deber\u00edan flexibilizar sus protocolos frente a situaciones puntuales para satisfacer a sus consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El mundo digital ofrece a cada potencial cliente, decenas de puertas para llegar a una organizaci\u00f3n. Pueden utilizar una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil o hablar con un representante del servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente. Asimismo, pueden interactuar a trav\u00e9s del marketing, las ventas o las redes sociales. Independientemente de c\u00f3mo interact\u00faen o con qu\u00e9 departamento lo hagan, el cliente espera un cierto grado de conexi\u00f3n entre bastidores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este contexto, se ha normalizado que muchas empresas terminen con una experiencia del cliente que se basa en una mezcla de interacciones inconexas con poca continuidad. Los clientes buscan una experiencia fluida a lo largo de todo el trayecto y cada cliente puede tomar un recorrido diferente. La informaci\u00f3n que proporcionan en un escenario deber\u00eda seguir figurando en el siguiente acto. El aislamiento de sistemas desarticulados del pasado no puede continuar, y las empresas necesitan confiar en un enfoque m\u00e1s integrado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Es necesario que dicho enfoque integrado sea capaz de dar soporte a un cliente omnicanal que primero contacta a trav\u00e9s de un chatbot, luego pasa a hablar con una persona en vivo y, a continuaci\u00f3n, por correo electr\u00f3nico. Durante todo este tiempo, la informaci\u00f3n sobre el cliente y su consulta debe funcionar con rapidez en el camino a su resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Omnicanalidad, mismo mensaje no importa por donde llegue<\/li>\n<li>Canales digitales conversacionales en tiempo real<\/li>\n<li>Autoservicio, entregar la posibilidad de autogesti\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Aumento del First Contact Resolution (FCR)<\/li>\n<li>Bajar la ansiedad (Customer Advocacy)<\/li>\n<li>El cliente debe esta al centro de todo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se consigue? Con procesos s\u00f3lidos que tienen en cuenta la perspectiva del cliente. Integrar los canales preferidos de tus clientes, mantener la informaci\u00f3n accesible y emplear una filosof\u00eda que los mantenga como centro es una manera segura de mantener a tus clientes contentos. La experiencia del cliente es un diferenciador clave y, despu\u00e9s de todo, una mejor CX significa que tus clientes se quedar\u00e1n y tendr\u00e1n una buena opini\u00f3n de tu
