No obstante, est\u00e1 comprobado que los ambientes recogidos y bien organizados crean un ambiente mucho m\u00e1s relajante. Es momento de poner manos a la obra y hacer una limpieza general en casa. No s\u00f3lo se trata de quitar el polvo, tambi\u00e9n de botar cosas que ya no usemos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl espacio en casa es important\u00edsimo y no siempre contamos con el que queremos. Al tirar ropa u objetos que est\u00e1n de m\u00e1s, hacemos hueco para nuevas cosas. Adem\u00e1s, se puede sacar m\u00e1s partido a determinados rincones, aprovechando este momento para proyectar un nuevo armario o una estanter\u00eda a medida\u201d, comenta Natalie Jelenkiewicz, Country Manager de Habitissimo para Chile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mu\u00e9vete y haz ejercicio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las vacaciones son as\u00ed: nos relajamos, comemos m\u00e1s (o peor) y a la vuelta nos damos cuenta de esos excesos. El deporte y la buena alimentaci\u00f3n son necesarios, pero no s\u00f3lo para minimizar los efectos del verano, tambi\u00e9n para estar m\u00e1s felices. Hacer ejercicio y comer sano genera endorfinas, nos hace sentir vitales y por lo tanto nos pone de mejor humor.<\/p>\n<p>Si decides asistir al gimnasio o salir a correr, lo mejor es hacerlo por la ma\u00f1ana, para estar activos desde que nos levantamos y afrontar mejor el d\u00eda. Si no quieres gimnasios ni salir a la calle, seguro que en casa puedes encontrar un rinc\u00f3n en el que colocar una colchoneta y realizar desde unos abdominales, flexiones o una buena sesi\u00f3n de yoga o pilates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recuerda que las horas de sue\u00f1o son clave<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para mantener la energ\u00eda vital y la salud es fundamental cumplir con las horas de sue\u00f1o que nos permitan descansar. Para evitar los trasnoches, la sugerencia es establecer nuevas rutinas para que el cuerpo se vaya acostumbrando a dormir a una hora prudente. Bajar revoluciones un par de horas antes y desconectarse de la pantalla, son parte de las pr\u00e1cticas efectivas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Llena de alegr\u00eda tu casa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Habitissimo propone iniciar el a\u00f1o sumando color a la casa. Comprar plantas, armar un peque\u00f1o huerto en la terraza o adornar los ambientes con flores frescas, son una excelente opci\u00f3n para ello. Las plantas dan un aspecto muy vivo al interior de la casa, algo que contrarresta con la pesadez de volver a la rutina. Si se prefiere, se podr\u00eda incluso escoger un papel pintado con motivos florales y colocarlo en el living o en el dormitorio, para dar m\u00e1s vividez al hogar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concreta peque\u00f1as remodelaciones<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMarzo puede ser un mes muy interesante para realizar peque\u00f1as remodelaciones. No es necesario pensar en grande, sino en peque\u00f1os retoques que de un nuevo aire.
