La raz\u00f3n de ello es que seguir el horario de la luz solar hace que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mantener horarios m\u00e1s constantes para dormir y tener una mejor calidad de sue\u00f1o. De hecho, las personas con un horario de sue\u00f1o constante no solo est\u00e1n menos cansadas durante el d\u00eda, sino que adem\u00e1s tienen m\u00e1s tendencia a quedarse despiertas hasta tarde.
